How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app?

Go to the Investimental Portal and follow these steps:

Select My Profile – Security – Enable 2FA.
Choose the 2FA authentication method via an app.
Enter your password and click Confirm password.
You will need to open the app you will use for two-factor authentication (for example, Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) to scan the QR code or manually enter the security key.
After the new Investimental user account appears in the authenticator app, enter the code generated by the app in the corresponding field in the Portal for validation and click Save.
If the code entered is correct, it is validated and two-factor authentication (2FA) will be enabled.
