I want to change the two-factor authentication (2FA) method, how do I do it?

Select My Profile – Security – Activate 2FA.
Choose your preferred 2FA authentication method.
Enter your password and click the Confirm password button.
You will need to access the application you will use for two-factor authentication (for example, Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) to scan the QR code / manually enter the security key OR you will receive an SMS with a 6-digit code.
Enter the code generated by the app or received via SMS in the corresponding field in the Portal for validation and click Change 2FA app.
If the entered code is correct, it will be validated and the two-factor authentication (2FA) method will be Changed.
