The share capital is divided into 388,150 registered shares, in dematerialized form, each with a nominal value of RON 100, fully subscribed and paid by the Investimental shareholders, as follows: DCF Ventures 3 S.R.L., a limited liability company organized and operating in accordance with Romanian law, holds 388,141 shares, each with a nominal value of RON 100, with a total value of RON 38,814,100, representing 99.9977% of the share capital; Dragic Augusta Valeria, Romanian citizen, holds 9 shares, each with a nominal value of RON 100, with a total value of RON 900, representing 0.0023% of the share capital. If the participant is unable to meet its payment obligations to clients, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 88/2021, the Investor Compensation Fund will compensate, equally and without discrimination, the eligible investor clients with whom Investimental has concluded financial investment services agreements, up to the limit regulated by law, within a maximum period of 3 months from the date of determination of eligible investors and the value of claims. At the request of the FCI, the 3-month period may be extended by the A.S.F. by a maximum of 3 months in exceptional situations. Currently, the maximum compensation limit is represented by the lei equivalent of EUR 20,000 per investor. Compensation is provided for claims arising from the inability of a Fund participant to: a) return the cash funds belonging to investors and held on their behalf, in connection with their investment activities; b) return to investors any financial instruments belonging to them, held and administered on their behalf, in connection with their investment activities.
