Home » Guides » How to use Investimental BVB mobile application Guide User Guide for the Investimental BVB Mobile Application Investimental BVB is a mobile application that allows trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Information regarding financial instrument prices and market data is updated in real time. Confirmations for your orders and transactions are also received in real time. Other information, such as portfolio, reports, and news, is updated on demand by tapping the “Refresh” icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen. You can download the application from the GOOGLE PLAY or APP STORE platforms. The credentials required for the user/username field can be found in the Portal under My Profile – User and contact details. The password is the same as the one used on portal.investimental.ro The TOTP Code field is used for Two-Factor Authentication. After the first login, the application will ask whether you want to enable Biometric Authentication. You can enable or disable this option at any time from the application preferences. After logging in, the application opens with Market Data (Market Watch – the icon with the stylized globe), a section with 4 windows containing information about financial instruments and indices. The first window is the Instrument Lists. By default, the Favorites list is displayed. Initially, the list is empty and you will populate it yourself. It’s very simple: access the Search option at the bottom of the screen (magnifying glass icon), search for the desired instrument by name, ISIN, or symbol, and save it to your personal list by tapping the star. Return to Market Watch by selecting the Market Data option at the bottom of the screen. In addition, the terminal provides a set of predefined watchlists (templates) for easier access to market data. In the selected watchlist, you can see the first price level, price change, and the symbol status. By tapping on a symbol, the symbol details open, from where you can initiate new orders or view market depth (Order Book). By swiping left, you will access 3 additional windows (tabs) where you can view: Indices – The evolution of indices (tap an index to see details, including composition and chart) Trades and Symbols (Tickers) – latest trades (depending on the preferences selected in settings, the app will display either all trades executed on the BVB or only those from the list selected in the Instrument Lists) In the 4th window, you will find the Price Alerts management area on the device where the application is installed. To receive notifications, you must enable push notifications from the application settings (Enable push notifications) You can create price alerts based on: crossing above/below a value, percentage change above or below a limit, and exceeding the 52-week high or low. Once an alert is triggered, it is deactivated and marked with a red dot. Price alerts can also be managed from the ArenaXT web application. If you want to view your current or past operations, access the Operations section. Here you will find 4 windows (tabs), accessible by swiping the screen to the right. In the first window, you will find and manage your current Orders. By tapping on any active order, you can modify it, delete it, or view the symbol details. In the second window, you can see the Trades from the current day and also select to view trades from other days. The 3rd window shows both trades and Cash and instrument inflow/outflow operations at a daily level. The 4th window displays the list of Cash Withdrawals. Use the Add request button to submit a cash withdrawal instruction to one of your bank accounts registered with us. The instruction is validated if the funds are available for the requested date. After validation, the request blocks the available cash for trading and will appear with the status Unprocessed. After processing, the request will no longer appear in this report. You will find the cash withdrawal operation in the Activity report. If the request is canceled, it will appear in the report with that status. The next section is the Portfolio window, which provides a consolidated view of cash and instrument positions for each account managed by you. You can view current data or data for any past date. If you tap on the symbol of a financial instrument in the portfolio, you can perform the following actions: Buy, Sell, Close position (fills the sell order with the entire available volume), View symbol details, and Add price alert. Symbol details. As mentioned above, you reach this window by tapping a symbol from various reports. This report also has multiple windows (tabs), a total of 7. Once here, you will find daily data under Quotes, and you can initiate orders or add/remove the symbol from Favorites. Swipe left to access the next window, where you will find market depth across all levels. The 3rd window displays the chart. In the other windows, you will find the following symbol-level data: Market news (current/financial reports, EGMS notices/resolutions, etc.) Instrument info (type, issuer, nominal value, etc.) Shareholders (major shareholders) Calendar (financial results publication dates, ex-dividend date, AGM date, etc.) Trading order: As shown above, you can place orders from various screens. In the order window, you will find the following helpful information: first buy and sell price level the ability to select multiple options if you want an order with a validity period other than “Day” or if you want the order to be contingent after entering quantity and price, the following values are calculated at the bottom: order value, trading commission, average acquisition price of the instruments in the portfolio for that symbol, and available instrument balance for sell orders or available cash balance for buy orders. If you do not have sufficient funds or instruments, the balance will be displayed in red. Messages – a section consisting of 4 windows/tabs. It contains all notifications related to your activity and all market news and reports published on the BVB website. By default, it opens with messages related to your investment account, showing the operations you have performed. Error messages or those rejected by the server are marked in red so that you can easily identify them. The next window contains News from the regulated market. In the 3rd window, you will find BVB Communications. The last window displays messages related to AeRO market news. It is important to follow the communications issued by the companies you have invested in, in order to make timely decisions. In the Menu, you will find access to the four sections described above: Market Data, Operations, Portfolio, and Messages. You will also find: Settings panel where you can change your password, language, or other helpful options; Send feedback – a quick way to send us an email; Info / Help – a brief overview of the application; About – a section containing the application’s features and terms and conditions; Log out; Link to the Investimental Portal; Our contact details 😊.
